Collection of 180 prompts for 6 months of self-knowledge

I’m a big fan of self knowledge, specially because I possess none. I’m also a fan of journalling, and I have been trying to make that a habit for some time. I think one reason it hasn’t stick is that some days I just stare into the blank page with no ideas, and end up writing about something really unsatisfying.

So I gathered 180 prompts and wrote them at the top of a notebook (not all at once!) to create my own tailor made daily journal. All these prompts were made specifically for my objective of getting to know myself better, my triggers, my likes and dislikes, my virtues and my faults, my hopes for the future. I hope they can serve someone else, so I will share this list.

In my journal, I added a “Setting Intentions” at the beginning and, right at the end, I added a “Letter to Future Self”, which will be basically a summary of everything that I am learning and a way to jot down what I hoped to achieve in the future. I’m still on prompt 124. Six months is a long time, it appears.
